This Mango Rocket Smoothie is thick and refreshing. Great first thing in the morning or as a mid afternoon snack.
- 240 milliliters oat milk (plain, unsweetened)
- 165 grams frozen mango
- 20 grams arugula
- 1/2 cucumber (medium, chopped)
- 16 grams sunflower seed butter
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve and enjoy!
Leftovers: For best results, enjoy freshly made. Refrigerate for up to one day.
