Mango Rocket Smoothie

This Mango Rocket Smoothie is thick and refreshing. Great first thing in the morning or as a mid afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 240 milliliters oat milk (plain, unsweetened)
  • 165 grams frozen mango
  • 20 grams arugula
  • 1/2 cucumber (medium, chopped)
  • 16 grams sunflower seed butter

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Serve and enjoy!

Tips

Leftovers: For best results, enjoy freshly made. Refrigerate for up to one day.
