The DNA Profile uses two mouth swabs to collect your saliva and then we can discover key genes that relate to how your body works, and discuss solutions to provide more targeted exercise, nutrition and lifestyle support.
Genetics are not your destiny however knowing your genetics you can then make more informed decisions about the type of exercise you are better designed to benefit from, the types of food and diet you should follow that is line with your genetics.

The DNA Profile results come back from the lab split in to 4 reports to break the information down into more manageable chunks. We will go over the implications for the gene variations you have as they relate to the key areas of health, diet, sport and oestrogen.

How It Works
- Once booked, you will receive your DNA Profile kit in the post, or if you prefer we can arrange a time to go through the test together at my clinic in Edinburgh.
- You will receive your results as soon as we get them back from the lab.
- Your Consultation will take place within a week of your results being returned.
Simple Home Testing
All lab tests are specifically selected for ease of use. We can mail test kits anywhere in the UK, Europe, North America and most countries in the rest of the world (with a shipping delay). Samples can be completed by you the same week from the comfort of your own home.
