Involves a detailed 120 online questionnaire covering physical traits, personality characteristics and diet-related habits to identify the type of person you are, how you function right now and the foods and nutrients you need to achieve balance.
You receive a report and 200-300 food based diet and supplementation plan. There are over 20 articles on nutrition and lifestyle included.
All this information is contained in easy to consume habits and daily lesson format sent to you from within the MyCoach app.
We will arrange a 60 minute results and recommendations consultation to kick you off and then bi-weekly coaching calls to problem solve and personalise this program as you get more and more into how to eat right for you and tips and tricks to manage your changing physiology.
