If you feel in pretty good health and just want to fine-tune your nutrition then my 28 Day Personalised Nutrition Program would be the better choice. If, on the other hand, you really want to get into how your body is working and learn how to reach OPTIMUM health then the 90 Day Lab Based Assessment course will be the better fit.
You will be sent questionnaires to dig deeper into the nature of your symptoms and look to score them so we have a baseline for change and to help point us in the right direction. We then run lab tests that you can perform at home in your own time. When they come back from the lab I send you the results and we arrange to meet up in person or online (using Skype/FaceTime or Zoom calls) to discuss the findings.
I will make recommendations on how to remedy your situation, resolve your symptoms and work towards achieving your goals. These recommendations will focus on nutriton and lifestyle coaching that typically includes suggestions on which supplements can enhance the process and obtain results faster.
How Do We Work Together?
We will arrange a series of coaching calls that will cover tips and advice on stress reduction, nutrition and diet, exercise, lifestyle tips to enhance the process, sleep and how to optimise it. Email support is always included for the duration of the program. The main focus of our work together will be to improve function and avoid chasing symptoms so we need to personalise the program as you go through it and problem solve each step to keep you moving forward.
