In the 90 Day Plan: Lab-Based Assessment Course we use targeted assessments, that can include 4 lab tests taken at home using saliva, urine and a stool sample, to uncover the exact reasons you have tried every diet and type of workout but still struggle to lose weight or get the toned body you have always desired.

We start with results and recommendations covering the lab test results so you get a clear and full understanding of how you work on the inside. You will now learn the way your body has been working and dealing with to stop you achieving resolution of your chronic symptoms.
You will also receive regular coaching calls, ongoing email support, daily information and educational materials to achieve a deeper understanding of you as an individual.
